Pelpr aims to connect you with a job that you'll genuinely enjoy. To support this objective, we offer various resources, including insightful articles on interview strategies available on the Career blog and technical assessments to demonstrate your skills. You can display your badges and scores to attract potential employers, increasing your chances of securing interviews and job offers.

Additionally, Pelpr serves as a valuable resource for information on national hiring trends and salary fluctuations within our operating markets. These insights are available through detailed reports.

As a two-sided marketplace for global tech professionals, Pelpr currently facilitates matches for software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers with employers in their preferred cities. Our platform supports both permanent and contract positions.

Pelpr maintains a dynamic marketplace through profile curation

When your profile goes live or is visible on the platform, it becomes public for companies looking to fill their open roles. This means our matching algorithm will be able to match your profile to the open positions. The companies will then send you interview requests if they believe you’re a good fit for their position. Interview requests will be sent to your email, and you’ll also have access to them when you log into the platform at pelpr.io. While your profile is live, we ask that you respond to your interview requests within 24-48 hours. You can learn more about managing your interview requests here

Pelpr is a tech marketplace which caters to the needs of its companies. As a result, certain skill-sets, like software engineering, are in constant demand while others like product management, data analytics, and others. If you are not a software engineer yet possess one of the other selectable options and still did not receive invite, it's likely we're seeing lesser demand for your skill-set currently.

This is subject to change. Resubmit your profile a little further down the road in, say, 1-2 months. We may see a flux in demand for your skill-set by that time.

Pelpr is a vetted talent marketplace which primarily caters to the companies. As a result, some experience levels are in high demand while others are not.

Generally speaking, our companies prefer candidates with 2+ years full-time experience already holding the title they seek. This means we don't see many entry-level roles.

If you fall under 2 years full-time experience, we still encourage you to keep your profile up to date and complete assessments to showcase your skill set. You might be matched to a great company for entry level or internship position.
